Product: hp envy 17t-cw000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When opening the lid of my notebook (envy 17t-cw000), then screen does this thing where it shrinks for just a second.  A black border appears around it as it shrinks, then it expands back to the normal size.  Any idea why it does this?  Can it be disabled?  It is annoying.
