- 180-230 fps and now: fix 60

Dear Hp
I have problem with the fps. Yesterday when i was playing with games the fps was 180-230. And today i don t know what happened but when i started to play with the games my fps was only 60. I tried to change the settings value of the gpu card. I changed the graphics setting from high to low everything after nothing happaned. I don t know what happaned please give me advice.
I tried to use these options but nothing happaned:
- I opened the omen central and i tried the all options: comfort, default, performance
- I have overheat problem when i am playing with max graphics i changed the cpu power to 25W and the tempareture right now. I set up the default settings again (no power limit) and my fps still 60....
- i switched off the v-sync ....still 60 fps...
-I swiched off the xbox services and gamedvr.... still 60 fps..
Please help for me.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing FPS drop issues when playing games.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
- Is it one game or several, which one?
- Did this happen after a recent Windows update? If so, could you try rolling Windows back to a restore point prior to the update?
Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
