HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-fd0000 (B1PV4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My problem is as follows

I purchased this HP laptop for home use with 2 screens with an (existing) Dell Dock station, attached to 2 (Existing) Dell displays. This laptop should replace my company Acer Chromebook, which does not work properly with to docks.

Unfortunately This HP laptop does not work at all with the dock, neither is it possible to attack 2 screens without the dock.

Sure, the USB-xxx ports are activated, confirmed by the usual sound, but no additional displays with or without the dock.

Was I adviced wrong by Mediamarkt? Please advise.

Hi @ChristiaanV75

These devices do not have a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort so they do not transmit image.
