Hi all,

Situation is as follows: using an HP Elitebook at work which is plugged into an HP docking station that is connected to 2 HP Z27n monitors. The first screen has the 1440p option, the second one only goes up to 720p. Laptop is configured as screen 1 which is duplicated to screen 2, screen 3 is set up as an Extension.

I have tried various things already to fix the issue, e.g. installing the correct and up to date drivers, changing the settings around and resetting the monitor settings to default.

Has anyone experienced this before and/or knows a fix?

Any input very welcome!

Kind regards,

Matthias

Thanks for the reply. The notebook is the HP EliteBook 840 G7 Notebook PC and, as I am not at work right now, I can only guess for the docking station. It has to be either the Universal Dock G2 or G5, judging by the size.
