Elitebook G6
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to setup 3 external monitors (2 HP 23 inch monitor and one 24 inch Nvision) for my HP Elitebook G6 and I am curently using an HP USB C Docking Station G5. I connected 1 using HDMi and 2 using displayport. My laptop screen dets disabled which is fine with me however the 3rd monitor (connected using displayport) is only set to a very low resolution and the drop down to change it is greyed out. The other 2 works fine. Is there something I need to do to make this work?

What do you mean low resolution ? You should be able to get FHD on all 3 monitors. My setup on my 840 G5 is OK. Please try new firmware for the dock.

Regards.

3rd monitor is defaulted to lowest resolution while the other 2 are on full hd. Swapped cables as well. End result within the 3 only 2 can go on full HD. Regardless if hdmi or dp, 3rd monitor option to adjust resolution is greyed out.
