Hey there,
I'm running Windows 10, 32 Bit on HP Stream and looking Synaptics TouchPad Driver. Product website only has 64 bit drivers. Anyone got a link for 32 bits one?

Hello,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.
Officially, HP does not provide 32-bit drivers for your PC model. It hasn't officially been tested and designed to run 32-bit operating system. The computer model you use/own comes with x64 processor and to enjoy better security, stonger performance and better compatibility, you should use Windows 64-bit edition. It's free of charge for you. Learn more about this here (and also instructions for "upgrade"):

On theory - probably yes. But with this configuration (2 GB RAM, Celeron processor), I don't think you will be able to notice any significant difference. Here is the official Microsoft article >> https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq
It's just your PC has 64bit processor and is designed by the vendor to be run by x64 Windows. It can also run x64 GNU/Linux distros.
HP Stream is considered a cloudbook/netbook.
For just ~200 $ you get this small portable PC + long lasting battery + Windows license + additional software = all just for ~200 $ It's really worth the money but it can't have all the perks of a PC which costs 2000 $.
