Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A light grey box has appeared on my screen. Inside the box it says "HP Audio Switch". How do I remove this box?

Thank you for getting back to me on this issue. I tried several things but finally rebooted my computer and the grey box disappeared. I am all set at this point. If the issue occurs again, I'll take a screen shot and re-post the issue. Thanks again.
