I recently bought an HP Envy 14 laptop, and while setting it up, I started checking out the default apps on it, and I opened MyHP (never used it before). And it showed that under devices, a stylus registered, but I am positive that I did not get a stylus in the package, or that I even ordered one. Is it maybe just an error, or am I supposed to receive one?

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are viewing a device that was never added by you on your HP account.

 

Am sorry for the inconvenience, if the device was not added by you to your account and you see a device registered.

You can go ahead and remove it from your account as it could be an error

 

If there was a stylus included in the box for your new device, then you will have to add it manually as there is no way HP can add a device on your account.
