HP 15- bw074nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! I got a problem with my notebook hp 15-bw74nl. 

I can't play any game without freeze because seems GPU doesn't work like she have to do.

I tryed everything:

-Reinstall amd radeon graphics driver 

- Power setted on high performance

-Upgrade of bios (F40)

- Repair of windows 10

Integrated gpu is amd radeon r5 512mb ddr4, dedicated gpu is amd radeon 535dx 2gb ddr3 (BUT SYSTEM SHOWS 512MB)

Please help me because i tryed everything and my last chance is this forum or send notebook in HP assistance.

At this point I suggest you contact HP Support for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
