I set the Action keys mode enabled in the BIOS SETUP but it is not working.
For example, if I click on a file in "File Explorer", the screen brightness is increased instead of entering the rename file name mode.
The laptop model is "HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cs1025nl".

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to disable the multimedia keys and enable the function keys on the keyboard.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you disable the action keys in the BIOS and that will disable the multimedia keys and enable the function keys.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
