Hi jrisch - you're a star - I've been trying to get this pen working for months and finally following your instructions it works perfectly. I too bought the items from Currys/PC World and their KnowHow guys had no idea.
Thanks again!

You're welcome, griffithsjd. I'm afraid the PC World guys are not good for issues that go "off script". But I'm really pleased with the laptop. You've probably already found the Windows Ink Workspace but it gives access to some included pen apps and also suggests ones from the store. The onscreen keyboard has a handwriting recognition capability with the pen as well.

Download latest bamboo ink driver from wacom website, install and restart. Worked like a charm for me.
The issue I had that bluetooth connection to the bamboo ink was working i.e it could open the ink workspace and stuff but was not able to write.

I just bought an HP Pavilion x360 14-m-ba013dx and a Bamboo Ink active stylus to use with it. The computer recognizes and responds to top button clicks but will not ink or even point.
I see no appropriate driver updates for this model on the HP support site. Help anyone?
