Hello so I understand that HP doesn't have the advanced settings in BIOS which is typically the normal way to increase Vram so I was wondering if there's some way I can increase VRam and have the system officially recognize it other than going into Bios. Thanks for you're time in advance!

No. Integrated video (iGPU) does not have room for keep VRAM, it relies on System. System will work this out and allocate/assign spare/available system RAM to VRAM automatically when required up to max limit. System will also take VRAM back when required. During the good old days, we could do this from BIOS but now OS is smarter.
