Hi there,

When I close my lid -

  1. Scrolling in Chrome on external monitor/TV is lugging
    1. It becomes twitching and not smooth
  2. Youtube/Twitch/other video players are lugging
    1. Sound and video is synced but seems like missing frames

When lid is open - everything works fine on external monitor.

How to fix it?

Close the tab may be this would help

Thanks! Actually, full Chrome close solves the issue, closing just tab has no effect

Also moving any windows (like Task Manager or HP Display Control) also lugging with closed lid.

Restarting the apps doesn't help... It impacts ANY app - that was open during the lid closing or started after. Windows explorer has the same issue.

I've noticed that during the closing/opening the lid - external monitor flashes with changing colours for a sec and then turned back to the normal pictures.

For some reasons my task bar width keep constantly changing (i have vertical left position, dropping from minimum to 2x width) and becoming fully transparent (i like effect, bth, but when decreasing the width - full transparency is disappearing) after each close/open lid process

Dear HP Support,

Any advices please?
