Here is the solution to resolve PCI Express Root Complex driver Issue Click here to view the instructions!

Hello!

Updated the BIOS on the HP 17-cn3155ng laptop to the latest version F.11. (the wi-fi module began to fall off periodically).
The problems with wi-fi went away, but the main monitor connected to the laptop, the Acer xv272u, stopped working in its native 2k resolution.
I also installed new drivers on the graphics card, and even reinstalled the OS, but the problem remained.

What to do?

Hey, sounds like the BIOS update fixed your Wi-Fi but broke proper support for 2K output on your external monitor, classic trade-off. Since you already reinstalled drivers and the OS, try forcing the resolution manually through Intel Graphics Command Center or CRU. SMM Panel, Also, test with a different cable or port (DisplayPort if possible), and consider rolling back to an older GPU driver from HP's site. If nothing helps, you could try flashing the previous BIOS version where the display worked fine.

Nothing is working, and I can't install the previous version of Bios
