Hello Friends,

My Laptop was purchased in 2018 in United Staes (Michigan), now its in India.  I do not have any support in india for this laptop.  

After using 2 or 3 hours, suddenly vertical are coming, to resolve this problem am switching off for some time and reusing it.  Screenshot is attached with this post.

Someone kindly help me out from this problem.

Sorry, but there is nothing we here can do for you about this.

 

This is an indication of the screen failing -- and the only "fix" for this is to get the screen replaced -- which is likely to cost you more than simply replacing the laptop.

 

In addition, HP does not do repair work like this, so you would need to find a laptop repair facility that will do this work for you.
