The camera in my HP Pavilliam all-in-one 27-xa0014, I've tried checking the settings and also checked settings in zoom.

Hi @Marquesa7,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the camera on your HP Pavilion All-in-One 27 isn't working, and you've already checked the settings in Zoom and the general system settings, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Check the Camera Privacy Settings (Windows 10/11):
- Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera.
- Ensure that camera access is turned on for the device.
- Also, make sure that apps like Zoom or other video apps have permission to use the camera.
Update the Camera Drivers:
- Press Windows + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand the Cameras section, find your camera, and right-click on it.
- Select Update driver and choose Search automatically for drivers.
Test the Camera in Other Apps:
- Try using the camera in another application like the built-in Camera app to see if it’s a Zoom-specific issue.
Zoom Camera Settings:
- In Zoom, go to Settings > Video and ensure the correct camera is selected in the Camera dropdown.
- If Zoom is showing a black screen, try disabling Hardware Acceleration under Video > Advanced Settings.
Check for Windows Updates:
- Sometimes a Windows update can fix driver issues. Go to Settings > Update & Security and check for updates.
Restart the System:
- Restart your computer as this can sometimes resolve device detection issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
