All keys on keyboard that light up (Capslock, Mute, Numlock) are always On.

My father just returned from a business trip with my laptop and I thought to give it a proper clean as it was used outdoors. (No harsh weathers were faced outdoors and the laptop was used with care). To clean the keyboard I started off by spraying clean water on the keyboard and then sprayed a tad bit of dishwashing liquid and rubbed it off. Later when I turned ON my laptop, everything seemed fine except my Mute button (whose light stays ON always), Caps lock (whose light also stays ON) and Num lock( whose light stays OFF all the time) The Caps lock and the Mute key light flickers when I press anything else on the keyboard and sometimes functions properly. There is no visual water that I see, I have let it dry, but don't know about the internals. The keys functions properly.
Also I don't know if the issue was caused by anything else, after my father returned I cleaned the laptop first and then turned it ON, so it could be liquid damage or something else during the trip.
Any possible solution? Thank you in advance

I reviewed your post and I understand that the keyboard is not working properly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you run a test on the keyboard following the steps in the below article to make sure whether it is a hardware or a software issue.
