Product: HP Spectre 15-eb1 x360 Convertible Laptop PC IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I recently purchased an LG 29WN600-W to use with my HP Spectre X360. When connected using HDMI cable, the videos on Amazon Prime are stuttering, videos on YouTube have delayed audio. Once I unplug the HDMI cable, videos play normally on my laptop. I tried different HDMI cables, same result. When I connect my laptop to a DELL 3415W videos play fine, also connect to 2 x DELL P2219H thru USB hub, all videos play normally. What could be the problem? I called LG, after an hour with support they told me to get a replacement, Amazon sent a replacement, same problem. I opened a case with HP support, I collected a log, still waiting on them. What could be the problem?
