Product: HP Envy 360 m6-aq
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased an Anker PowerExpand 8-in-1 USB-C PD Media Hub.  I plug it in to the USBC port on my laptop.  Then, I plug in 2 external HDMI monitors into the HDMI ports on the PowerExpand Unit.  It will not detect my monitors.

 

Any recommendations?

What is your HP Envy 360 m6-aq  ? Is it compatible with your hub ?  Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine
