Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got new company laptop. I have at home Apple Thunderbolt Display with thunderbolt 2 to thunderbot 3 adapter. Display works fine with M1 Macbook Air, but not work with my HP. When i conect it i only hear beeping sound of new device conected, but monitor is not appear in thunderbolt control center. I don't have access to BIOS to check setings. How to solve this problem?

Same problem    

Understand some Bootcamp driver may be needed if I use a USB-c to Thunderbolt adapter.... that's all I know
