I recently bought a 15-fa10903dx Laptop, or in other words a Victus laptop, which came pre-loaded with Windows 11.
I don't like Windows 11, so I installed Windows 10 instead, and downloaded all the drivers available on my laptop's support page, albeit they were listed as Windows 11 drivers, but they still worked.
The issue is, I've installed every driver (excluding drivers with identical names to another driver with older dates), but my touchpad is still unresponsive (the mouse cursor doesn't even appear), and the secondary uses for my F-Keys (brightness up/down, volume up/down/mute, etc.) are also unresponsive.
I looked in Device Manager and saw 6 devices listed under "Other devices", all without drivers and some directly being listed as an "Unknown device".
Worst case scenario, the computer still functions and that's fine, but I'd love to be able to change my screen's brightness without going into the settings, or use my touchpad once and a while instead of a dedicated mouse.
Am I missing a key driver here? Are Windows 11 drivers backwards compatible with Windows 10? And if not, where could I find Windows 10 compatible drivers?

Hi:
See if installing the Intel chipset installation utility installs any of those devices.
Restart the PC after installing the driver.

For any of the remaining devices that need drivers, please post the hardware ID's for them, so I can figure out what drivers they need.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

Thank you! I installed the drivers and those parts of my laptop were re-activated!
Unfortunately, I still have one unknown device.
A PCI Device with hardware IDs:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&SUBSYS_8BC8103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&SUBSYS_8BC8103C
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&CC_FF0000
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5228&CC_FF00
For all intensive purposes, my laptop is 100% functional, but I'd like to have it be 110% functional if that's possible?
Thanks!

You're very welcome.
You need that device installed because that is the SD card reader that needs a driver.
What I don't understand is the driver I posted for that device should have worked because as you can see, I posted the hardware ID supported by the driver file which matched the ID you posted.
Try manually installing the driver as follows:
Go to the device manager.
Click on the PCI device needing the driver.
Click on the Driver tab, Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp111336.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, try the W11 driver from your notebook's support page.

That worked! Thank you!
And if you don't mind, one more off-question.
What are the specifications of the RAM for this laptop model (Manufacturer, model #. etc.) ? I've looked online, in the settings, Task Manger, but all I get is generic size and speed information. I would like to upgrade the amount of RAM I have in the near future and I don't want to mix brands / speeds.

Anytime.
Glad to have been of assistance.
The scanty information I can find indicates your notebook supports DDR4-3200 memory.
The Crucial memory report confirms what I found...

Below is the link to your notebook's user guides section.
It appears that HP has the service manual for the previous model 15-fa0xxx model series and that also indicates DDR4-3200 memory.
