Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi - I have been trying to connect a ProDisplay monitor to a ProDisplay P232 Screen (both are HP products).  I have checked the HDMI cable and that is OK.  I have also checked the drivers and tried modifying the OSD.  I'm wondering if the two devices are compatible with each other.  Does anyone know anything about this or have you had any similar experiences?
