Product: HP Notebook 15-DA1070TX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I open video or audio file, it keeps pausing and playing itself.  I can't even watch videos from any browser such as Google Chrome or Fire Fox. I updated the drivers and reinstalled my windows. But it didn't help. Why am I having that issue?  I am glad to see your answers.

Hi,  Even i have the same issue. It also happens in safe mode. HP engineer came and formatted and installed the latest Windows 10 OS  that he carried. The problem stopped for a month now it has started again.
