Hello dear community,
I haven't had much problems with my laptop since the last issue, but for a couple of weeks, even months - since some update - my screen has gotten unpleasant to look at. Because when the laptop is running on battery mode (no power plugged in), the screen brightness/color/contrast automatically adapts and changes, depending on the color/contrast of the content shown on the screen. For example: White background, black text: all good. But as soon as I minimize that window and switch to my colorful desktop background picture or any colorful window, it slowly gets darker and the contrast decreases and it looks dull. When I plug the power cable in, this issue disappears and it stays constant.
yes, I slid the battery toggle all the way to the right "most power"
yes, I have checked all the energy options, display options you can imagine.
* there is no toggle option in my display settings for automatic brightness
anybody else with this problem?
