HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G9 Notebook PC (4B855AV)

My computer intermittently hangs and sometimes throws the BSoD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL igdkmdn64.sys.

 

I am using 3 monitors and HP USB-C Dock G5 | HP® US Official Store

There is no error reported when running the HP PC Hardware diagnostic and using the HP Image Assistant I have already downloaded the latest drivers and firmware.

How can I fix this issue?
