Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm running into an endless loop of bizzare screen flickering and screen resizing and finally ending up in a BSOD and restart. This is happening only when I connect my personal laptop (HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-y0XX with Intel HD Graphics 620 display adapter) HDMI port to a new 32" LG monitor NVIDIA G-Sync 32GN63T. This doesn't happen when I connect the HDMI port to an older 20" ViewSonic VX2450 series monitor. Windows 10 is up to date and even the BIOS too. When I connect the LG Monitor to my office laptop (HP Elitebook) via HDMI it works fine.

I tried several techniques posted online such as:

1) Disable, uninstall the Intel Graphics card from the device manager
2) Reinstall drivers
3) Rollback display driver
4) Change power management settings etc
5) Switched the HDMI cables
.
.
...nothing worked and I still have the same issue.

How can I make my personal laptop connect to my new monitor without this issue? Appreciate your help.

I don't see a point in posting issues here with no response from the HP support team either with a fix or diagnostics process.
