Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The back cover on my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx is coming loose. I never dropped it, it just seem come looser and looser over time. How do I get this repaired?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. This sounds like hardware related issue with the housing case and in order to fix this issue, your computer needs to be serviced. As we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now.
