I am using Hp Notebook ba-15 series. My battery has recently some problems I didn't understand. When checked battery informations, it showed an error code. And the battery status is poor. I don't know the meaning of this error code. Please tell me what to do next. My failure id is UBQF21-82RA61-XD7X6J-C09Q03 . Battery check: Primary - Very Weak(70).

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the failure ID and found that battery is gone bad.

Thank you for giving me a solution. Actually my laptop is out of warranty. Will the customer service still help me out with this problem ? Actually I called once but didn't get enough help or suggestions except battery change which is u hinavailable right now.
