Product: HP Spectre Folio Laptop - 13-ak1016nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Tried to replace the leather casing and ripped a few wires from to the display and camera. took it to Geek Squad and they declined to try to repair "we dont have the parts..." where else could i go around Raleigh, NC area?
