Bilgisayarım oyun oynarken siyah ekran veriyor. Tüm ışıklar klavyedeki ışık dahil kapanıp açılıyor. Bunu yaklaşık 20-25 kez tekrarladıktan sonra uzun siyah ekran veriyor yaklaşık 30-40 saniye. Bunun sonucunda ne yapmalıyım?

Öncelikle normal süreçte hiçbir sorun yaşamıyordum. Son iki haftadır bunu yaşıyorum. Bu yaşadığım sorun oyun oynarken bir anda ekranın kararması ve  7-8  dakika kendiliğinden açılıp kapanması. Bunun hakkında ne yapabileceğimi bilmiyorum.

hi i have the same problem when playing game or watching video screen keeps blinking and after 7-8 times then keeps staying black with whole keyboard lights for almost 1 minute.

 

I updated all posible  softwares even windows 11 to latest version but still same.

 

When ac power plugged in screen blacks out and comes back in for a second too.

  • Does the issue happen only when the laptop is plugged into AC power or also on battery mode?
  • Have you noticed if the blinking occurs more frequently under specific conditions, like high CPU/GPU usage or during certain games or videos?
  • Are you using the original HP charger, or is it a third-party adapter?

 

Let's try these steps. 

 

Check and Update Display Drivers:

  • Go to the Device Manager → Expand Display Adapters.
  • Right-click your GPU (both integrated and dedicated) → Select Update Driver → Choose Search automatically for drivers.
  • If the issue persists, download the latest drivers for your GPU from the HP support website or directly from NVIDIA/AMD.

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics:

  • Restart your laptop and press F2 during boot to enter the HP Diagnostics Tool.
  • Run the Display Test and Power Test to check for hardware-related problems.

Adjust Power Settings:

  • Go to Control PanelPower Options → Select your active plan → Click on Change advanced power settings.
  • Under Display, ensure Turn off the display settings are configured correctly.
  • Test if disabling adaptive brightness helps.

Test with a Different Power Adapter:

  • If available, try a different HP-certified charger to rule out an issue with the power adapter or port.
  • Check for loose connections in the charging port.

Reset BIOS Settings:

  • Turn off the laptop.
  • Press the Power button and keep tapping F10 to enter the BIOS menu.
  • Select Restore Defaults, then save and exit.
  • This ensures no incorrect BIOS settings are causing conflicts.

 

If the issue persists after these steps, it might indicate a hardware problem (e.g., faulty GPU, display, or motherboard). In such cases, reaching out to HP phone Support for a repair assessment is recommended.
