Product: HP ENVY 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-ep1000 (322X7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi

My new HP-Envy laptop screen has gone black and I cant visualize anything.

Rest of the commands like power on, back light, mute button works properly.

Please suggest me a better way to get out of this trouble.
