Hi, 

I'm using hp pavilion cc129tx. black dots is appearing near touchpad and keyboard surface of the laptop. I don't know whether it is an color blend or not. Is there any way to resolve this.

I reviewed your post and I understand that black dots are appearing near the touchpad and keyboard surface area.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I checked the images you have shared, and it looks like normal wear and tear. However, I recommend you contact support and check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Tried with hp support, my warranty period is over. So It's showing  couldn't able to connect with an hp support agent. All surface getting worse now.

Hi, 

 

Yesterday i contacted the service center. They told me to replace the part. I need to pay for that because it is in out of warranty. I already taken 2 year extended warranty from Reliance. They told this issue not come under there warranty. It is hp manufacturing issue.

It is cosmetic damage and usually not covered under a normal warranty.
