Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop is behaving strangely. Sometimes when waking up from sleep mode the display does not turn on, but the rest of the laptop works normally. To start using the screen, I need to put the laptop into sleep mode with the power button and wake it up again. Sometimes this method doesn't work the first time.
This is not a driver problem, since it appears on both Windows and Linux.
Updating the BIOS to the latest version does not solve the problem.
This is not a cable problem, because it only appears when entering sleep mode or turning off the display, even if you do not touch the laptop lid.
Any ideas what could be the problem?
