Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My Pavillion is configured as never go to sleep on netpower. After 7 hours without any user activity I came back and wanted to use my pavilion but there was no reaction.it doesn't react when I close the lid and also no reaction on the hard reset. Still a black screen
