Black screen with caps lock blinking 3 long, 5 short

I have an HP Envy X360 and the screen has gone black and the caps lock button is flashing 3 long and 5 short. What does this mean?

You get a LONG (MAJOR) signal category, RED LED &

then a SHORT (MINOR) signal category, WHITE LED.

Major – the category of the error; Minor – specific error in that category

The AUDIBLE repeats 5 times, and the VISUAL until power is removed.
