I was watching a video in full screen and started to fall asleep so I shut the computer hoping to finish watch it the next day. When I open my notebook the fan was running but the screen was black. Seems as if my screen is stuck in sleep mode and I can’t get the screen to display anything, or my keyboard keys to light up.. How can I fix it? Tried shutting it down and turning back on but nothing works. Also tried windows and B key, but only back light comes on.
Any tips?

In that case, let's run a hardware scan to see any issue. Here is a link that will help: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2854458-2733239-16
