Black smudge under my screen

There is a black smudge under my laptop screen about 2 inches in length and 1/2 inch wide. It is still there when i switch off so i dont think its pixels. Any help would be appreciated

The panel you need has part number 750635-001

So you can search online and find a compatible screen

Example:
