I used the device for about 2.5 years, and after 1.5 years, this problem started when I restarted the device while it was charging or started turning it on while it was charging. It was fixed when I turned it back on after charging. These days it started to happen very frequently and even though I turned it on and off many times to fix it, it started to get better very hard. Once it's fixed, when I lower the screen brightness to the lowest level, it's visible, although it's not much. I tried Windows 11 and Windows 10.the warranty expired.I'm my waiting for your help.

Hi @abcd1234108
Enter the BIOS, when you turn on the laptop press the F10 key several times, enter the BIOS and see if you have the same stripe, if you have it the screen is damaged, if not then it is a damaged driver that must be reinstalled.

If in the BIOS is the same stripe the screen is damaged, in the BIOS there are no drivers as it is in windows and any error on the screen while in the BIOS indicates that the screen is damaged.

So it is probably the flex cable that is damaged, but I want to know if in the BIOS you see the same stripe, this indicates flex cable or damaged screen. If in the BIOS is the same defect you have to take a technician to see if it is the flex cable or the screen, there is no other solution.

Then you should take it to a technician to verify if it is the flex cable, or the screen, I am leaning towards the flex cable because maybe when you put your finger on the screen you may not see the stripe.
