Microsoft Windows 11

When I turn on my laptop, the display starts turning off and on quickly. To fix it I need to reboot the laptop. Then everything is ok. But when I turn off the laptop and later I turn on it again the problem reappers. What can I do? Is urgent!

I have this problem since 5/6 days.

Hello @Rodo97

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

Let me check your basic system configuration before I can say anything ...

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

BaseBoard Product

BaseBoard Version

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Monitors>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

--->>> Send screenshot

Ok I will send you everything. Just to let you know: while my screen is turning off and on contineously, if I use an HDMI cable to duplicate/share the video with an external monitor, in the external monitor is everything ok. The problem is only in the monitor of my laptop.

Always the same problem. As I turn on the PC the screen starts turning off and on but if I connect the PC monitor to an external monitor with a hdmi cable, in the external monitor is all ok. Also if I restart the pc is everything ok.
