Blue screen every time graphics intensive programs are used. Video_TDR_Failure. Seems to be a conflict between the two different graphics cards on the laptop (Intel UHD Graphics 620 & NVIDIA GE Force MX 150). Already updated all drivers, BIOS, reset computer, and all trouble-shooting & diagnostics suggested by HP. Deactivating the NVIDIA GE Force MX 150 seems to significantly reduce the errors. However, it does not completely eliminate the issue. Daughter bought this high-end computer since it was rated high for the graphics art that she was pursuing. Now, she cannot use it for that.
