Hi @mendes0510

I reviewed your post and understand that you are getting a driver IRQL error on your computer.

Don’t worry, I’d love to help!

The error message you are getting on your computer is related to an audio or the wireless card driver. I recommend you to update the drivers on your computer by following the below steps.

  1. Select the Start button, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
  2. Expand one of the categories to find the name of your device, then right-click (or tap and hold) it, and select Update Driver Software. For wireless cards, expand the Network adapters category, right click your wireless card and select Update Driver Software.
  3. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

NOTE: Do this for the wireless card and audio driver.

Let me know how it goes. Awaiting your reply!

It solved the problem for a while. Now it came back again. I thought it was done and it is not.

What else could I do to get rid of the problem? Thank you,

This is a nightmare. it shows up anytime. I lost several documents because of this stupid screen. Someone has to know what to do. I don't care if you have to access remotely. I bought this computer about 4 months ago and has problems. It went away for two days and came back again! Please fix it!

Adding HP Assistant did not help!

I updated the drivers and the problem is getting worse. A few minutes ago was reading my e-mails, no games and the blue screen popped up with the same message. I need a solution for this problem. This is not even a 6 months old computer and having problems was not on my wish list.

Thank you.
