Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

My system upgraded itself to Windows 11 and now my bluetooth does not work.

I have run hardware diagnostics at boot and that reported the hardware as functioning.

I have tried uninstalling bluetooth devices using the device manager.

Here are the OS specs:

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎8/‎2/‎2021
OS build 22000.160
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.160.0

 

Thanks for any other ideas for a fix.  I expect an updated driver will fix the issue.

Hi:

 

Have you tried the latest W10/W11 BT driver from Intel?

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.

 

Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10

I tried installing the drivers, but not only did it not work, but I kept getting the green screen of death afterwards; this prompted me to nuke my system and do a fresh install. After that everything has been working fine.
