Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Blurry graphic issues with the HP ENVY Laptop PC.
I have a few recommendations
- Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Try updating the Graphic driver from HP.COM
- Try doing Reset PC Keep my files from windows and check if it works.
Try and check in Bios using the F10 key if the screen is blurry in Bios. To enter Bios, click restart and keep tapping the F10 key and then turn on the PC at the same time to enter Bios screen.
If the issue persists in Bios then it is a hardware issue on the screen.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello, thanks for the recommendations, checked the BIOS and the screen is not blurry but the BIOS version on HP.COM is for August 2021 and mine is for July 2021 so let me try updating BIOS although when I logged on to HP.COM it didn't detect any driver updates for my PC

Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.
If the issue does not exist in Bios then it is not a hardware issue. So try updating your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM and check if it works.
