Nearly a month ago, I started facing some issues with the display of my touchscreen laptop. I gave it for repair at the HP World authorized service center, where they responded with the screen replacement as the only solution. It took them over 25 days just to replace the screen. And they have returned the laptop in a badly damaged state. The screen replaced is surely not a genuine HP screen, which I feared already. I asked them to return the old screen (that had gotten damaged), so that I could compare it with the new screen. After comparison, I realised that the new screen's camera hole is not centrally placed, which has led to the blocking of camera lens. Also, the new screen is larger than the older one, because of which, the screen pops out while closing the lid. Now, the main issue, the stylus - HP tilt MPP 2.0 that came with the laptop and was of great use to me, does not work on this bogus screen.
I contacted the service center regarding this issue, and they say that they can't help. I humbly request HP to please come up with a solution. Contacting the service center is not helping at all.

Unfortunately, no HP agent has contacted me yet. This was the most disappointing experience with HP I ever had. Paid the full amount just to get my laptop damaged. Have been a happy user of HP products for the past 12 years, but probably not anymore.
