Product: HP Chromebook x360
Operating System: Chrome OS

Hello, my brand new Chromebook x360 arrived, but it goes into a black screen after a few seconds of signing in.  I tried the hard reset, but it didn't fix it.  Is this an OS problem or display problem?  The weird thing is that it doesn't happen in guest mode.
