Sometimes the Brightness level gets messed up
Using any of the brightness adjustment keys on the keyboard results into lowering of brightness of the screen
Have to restart the PC every time this happens
Frequency - Happens once in a month

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Please try these steps:
1. Update Display Drivers:
- Go to Device Manager > Display adapters > Right-click Graphics driver > Update driver.
2. Update Windows:
- Go to Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
3. Adjust Power Settings:
- Go to Power Options > Additional power settings > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > Under Display, disable Enable adaptive brightness.
4. Reinstall Brightness Drivers:
- In Device Manager, under Monitors, right-click and Uninstall device > Restart to reinstall drivers.
5. Check for Conflicting Software:
- Uninstall any third-party brightness or power management software.
