I have a Z-Book 17 with an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 630, plus a NVIDIA Quadro P600.
My F2 and F3 keys (brightness control) do not work anymore since I disabled the intel UHD Graphics 630. If I enable the driver from device manager, all works correctly.
You will ask me: then why you disabled it?
The reason is simple: because if the Intel 630 card is active, Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder can't use Nvidia CUDA acceleration for exporting/compressing video (and things get very slow!).
My only option is to disable it, but I lost the F2-F3 brightness functionality (sigh!).
Anyone can help me, please?

Hi:
I don't believe there is anything you can do to make the Fn keys work with the Intel graphics adapter disabled.
Were you aware of this document which shows how to set the nVidia graphics adapter as the default adapter?
Then there would be no need to disable the Intel GPU.
