Product: HP 840 G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I tried all the possible changes.
1) Installed Display driver
2) Installed Hotkey driver
3) Windows updates is also up to date. no pending updates.
4) Installed Graphics driver.
5) I checked the power setting as well.
6) I updated the device manager graphics driver.
7) BIOS is also updated.
But still facing the issue. Please give me solution for this.

Try to check if you are able to increase or decrease screen brightness in BIOS. BIOS is independant of Windows drivers. So if brightness increases or decreases in BIOS then the issue is with Windows operating system image.
