I am installing amd catalyst and amd hd graphics drivers and all but not match any driver for brightness please help us to solved my brightness problem.

You have really done some searching there. 😊
OK...time to take the gloves off...we will now take some steps to manually install the driver.
First, the easy way...
Go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Standard VGA Adapter.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for driver software' option, and browse to the location where the location is for the last driver file I posted.
That location will be in C:\SWSetup\sp64923.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and see if the driver installs that way.
Then restart the PC.

Hi:
The reason why the brightness is stuck on maximum is because there is no graphics driver installed.
See if installing this driver and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.

That should have installed the driver, but clearly it didn't if you already ran it.
So...try this one instead. It lists the graphics adapter your notebook has is supported by the driver...
