Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, after a re-installation of Windows I can't change the brightness level. Control Hotkeys (F2-F3) and settings are not working and I alredy update device manager. I tried them all, I also contacted Microsoft support without success. I'm desperate. Thanks to those who will help me.

@Aa72027 Have you installed all available windows updates using the HP Support Assistant? (if not, please do as it should resolve such issues)

That said, Did you check your user guide for details on identifying the right key for your product? (If not, Click here to access the same, look under Page.12 Chapter 2 Getting to know your computer)

Use the below screenshot for reference:

If the hotkey doesn't work, refer to this related post to resolve the issue: Click here for steps (same steps will work for windows 10 as well)

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

Let me know how that pans out,
